Advantages of Galvanized Coil Nails

Why They Are Popular for Export Packaging

Most clients engaged in foreign trade packaging and logistics prefer galvanized coil nails. Let’s learn about their outstanding advantages.

Firstly, great anti-rust and anti-corrosion ability. The zinc coating isolates air and moisture. During ocean transportation and cross-border storage, the nails will not get rusty easily. Rusty nails will damage the structure and appearance of packages, and even cause inspection failure.

Secondly, smooth surface for better feeding. The galvanized surface reduces friction inside nail guns, effectively preventing jamming during continuous high-speed operation and improving working efficiency.

Thirdly, longer service life. In open yards, humid areas and coastal regions, ordinary nails oxidize quickly. Galvanized coil nails keep stable performance and fastening strength for a long time.

Fourthly, compliant with export standards. Standard galvanized products meet international inspection requirements, becoming the standard fastener for cross-border packages.

There are two common types: electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized. Hot-dip galvanized nails have higher anti-rust level for long-distance shipping and harsh environments. Electro-galvanized nails are cost-effective for regular export use.
